How to Place an Order
When you find a product you would like to purchase, simply note the product code and send it to our contact email at [email protected] or [email protected].
Registration is not mandatory to place orders. However, as a registered buyer, you can shop faster, stay updated on order statuses, and keep track of your previous orders.
Do I Need to Register on the Site?
- You do not need to register to view the regular items on our website.
- However, registration is required for pre-order submissions (adding items to your cart and submitting your selection) because your shipping address and phone number are essential for us to create a proforma invoice, including delivery costs.
- Additionally, registration and manual approval are necessary to view and order new, current-season items.
Do I Get a Sample?
Yes, you can request a sample. However, you are required to pay for the product and delivery cost. If you place an order after receiving the sample, we will refund the cost of the particular sample, excluding the delivery cost.
Label & Hangtag Customization
- You can use your own brand name, logo, label, and hangtag.
- You need to provide your labels and hangtags, or you can send your design in PSD or PDF format, and we will produce them for you. The cost of production will be added to your invoice.
- A minimum of 1,000 pieces of labels and hangtags is required for production in one batch.
Production Lead Time
The production lead time varies depending on the product, factory production schedule, and order size. Typically, it takes a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days to complete production. The production lead time starts only after the order is confirmed and advance payment is received.
Time of Delivery
- By Air Freight: Delivery takes a maximum of 12 days after the production period to reach the final international airport. Goods must be cleared from the airport by the customer.
- By Courier Service (e.g., DHL, UPS, Skynet): Door-to-door delivery takes a maximum of 7 days after the production period to arrive at the final destination.
Return/Refund Policy
- If you wish to return a product, contact us via email at [email protected], providing the reason and evidence for your dissatisfaction.
- Notify us about the return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to find the best solution through mutual understanding.
- Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Products for exchange must be of similar nature and available from the same supplier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- Nepal Wool is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Upon receiving the returned goods, we reserve the right to decide whether to refund or exchange the products.
- Slight variations in color, size, or finish are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
- Lost or damaged items must be claimed directly with the courier company.
- Unauthorized returns or those sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent in their original packaging.
